Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and hors d'oeuvres will take place outdoors and the reception will take place indoors! The hors d'oeuvres hour will be more of a covered area, but primarily outdoor.

Question

What is the dress code for this wedding?

Answer

We want our guests to be comfortable, but we also want to provide a night to dress up! We ask that you think of our wedding as an opportunity for either semi formal attire or cocktail attire! Most of all, we just ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans and refrain from wearing colors that are reserved for the bride such as white, cream and ivory. Please also take the weather and temperature into consideration as you dress for our outdoor/indoor wedding!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

To stay on plan and budget, we will not be able to seat any additional guests that are not on our RSVP list. Please refer to the RSVP list and feel free to reach out with any questions you might have!

Question

Can I bring my kiddos?

Answer

If you know us, you know we both have a heart for little ones! However, this is an adult only event and we ask that you consider this a night out to enjoy with us and/or your significant other! As always, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or issues on this matter!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We are asking that our ceremony be "unplugged". We have a wonderful photographer and videographer that will both be capturing all those special moments during our ceremony and vows and it can be difficult for them to do so with the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. We do ask that you refrain from taking any photos during our ceremony. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding to make our ceremony the best it can be! After the ceremony has commenced, please feel free to capture any moments you desire and please share them with us!

Question

What happens if I do not RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we have no received your RSVP by the date provided, unfortunately we will have to mark your attendance as a "no". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner that they have set for us to abide by and we cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope you can understand!

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the venue and there will be a parking attendant as well as a golf cart for transportation to the ceremony site for those who are in need.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please try to arrive no later than 3pm to allow enough time for parking and to walk to the ceremony site as well as to ensure the aisle is clear for the ceremony to begin promptly!

Question

If I have a question, who should I contact?

Answer

Any questions can be directed to the Matron of Honor, Emily Gillespie at 678-787-2069!
