The Currituck Beach Light is a lighthouse located on the Outer Banks in Corolla, North Carolina. The Currituck Beach Light was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 15, 1973. For a small donation, individuals are welcome to climb to the top of the light house. The view on a clear day is amazing.
The Historic Whalehead Club is a large 21,000-square-foot home located on a remote tract facing the Currituck Sound in North Carolina, United States. The structure was designed by owners Edward Collings Jr. and Marie Louise Label Knight and contracted by Daniel Peckham between 1922 and 1925.
Carova Beach or Carova is an unincorporated community in Currituck County in the extreme northeast corner of North Carolina, United States. The community, begun in the 1960s, is found on Currituck Banks, north of Bodie Island, and can be accessed only by boat or by four-wheel drive vehicle. Carova Beach is also home to the Corolla wild horses.
Highly recommend the Orange Crushes. Get crushed at Uncle's Ike's. The Orange Crushes are the best in the Outer Banks.

A fun place to walk around and visit. Located in the heart of Corolla, Historic Corolla Park is free and open to the public. The park, which features three unique attractions, offers wide-open green spaces that are great for walking, biking and hosting events. The parks most prominent attraction is Whalehead, a 1920s era architectural masterpiece and museum.
