Question

When should we RSVP?

Answer

I know we have sent out save the dates and RSVPs a little early, but I want people to have time to look into requesting time off, booking hotels if they need to, money planning, things that I feel are important. It also helps me plan things such as seating, how much of certain things to purchase and so on. I would like to have all RSVPs in by October 1 2020. Of course for anyone I haven't heard from as we get closer to that date, Jason or myself will get in contact with you to check in.

What's for dinner?

What else do you serve in an outdoor wedding in your Sunday best?! BBQ duh! We have 4 Rivers catering our wedding and I promise it will be amazing! Sorry to my vegetarian friends and family.

How's the drink situation looking?

Answer

Well aren't you lucky?! It's an open bar! If you would like to bring a bottle or any kind of drinks, please give it to our Venue coordinator or even Leigha so she can get it to the bar tender.

What about Transportation?

Answer

We are not providing transportation, however the venue is located only ten minutes from the nearest hotel, our house and my parent's house. Uber or Lyft is less than ten dollars.

Can we bring Youngin's?

Answer

We love the kiddos, just please be mindful if you bring little ones that we will be serving alcohol and we will be partying hard.

Can we smoke?

Answer

As a nurse, I'm telling you to put the cigarettes down and back away slowly. However, I also know it's not that easy. If you do feel the need to smoke, please be respectful of others and do so away from the crowd.

What about parking?

Answer

There is a sizable lot that can fit up to 75 cars. There shouldn't be any problems, and the venue coordinators will be pointing you in the right direction as well. But of course, I do have to mention, if you plan on drinking, please do so responsibly or get a Uber! We want everyone to have fun, but most importantly, be safe!
