We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If you have the opportunity to arrange childcare, we encourage you to treat this evening as a special date night as romance will be in the air in the Land of Love at Sweet Hearts Winery. Overall, Yes, children are welcome at our wedding! We love the joy they bring, especially on the dance floor. That said, our venue is a beautiful 8-acre winery, and we hope our guests can fully relax and enjoy the full experience. A glass of wine in your hand, and a sweet slow dance or two to fill the night.

What is the Dress Code?

Please join us in your Garden Formal attire. This attire is summer friendly. Think elegant dresses, light weight suits, and shoes suitable for grass and outdoor paths. We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:15, this allows time to park, settle in, and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.

Is there parking at the venue ?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available onsite at the winery, Please follow signage and attendants for guidance when you arrive.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and portions of the evening will take place outdoors. We recommend dressing comfortably for warm summer weather and bringing sunglasses if you wish.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you are responsible and respectful by silencing your phones and allowing the photographer and videographer to do their part by staying seated during the ceremony and be fully present with us. We will allow a moment for the cell phones to come out and capture that perfect moment on your personal device and we promise to share our beautiful photos afterwards with all of our guests that were captured by our photo team.

Bar Information: Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, We will be celebrating at a Winery, so Wine, Cider , and Champagne are available. No outside beverages are permitted, please don’t get us in trouble. If you are a beer fan, trust us and try the Cider, it just might change your life! Please plan for safe transportation if needed.
