Hello and welcome to the P-A-R-T-Y!!

We actually have know each other for quite some time. We met in Lexington, MI at the cottages at the Sandpiper. Neither one of us paid any mind to each other. It wasnt until many years later we reconnected at his birthday party. According to bystanders we were flirting all night, but we didnt think so (; After a long 5 months of him trying we made it offical and the rest is history.

Funnily enough I almost missed my own proposal. I was working and I happened to get off work early. I had some friends that were visiting from out of town and I met them up for drinks and food. Jake kept texting me to come home so we could have dinner with my friend Chelsey and her boyfriend Jake. I didn’t understand why I had to leave my friends I hadn’t seen in a good while, I was just like what the heck (lol)! It was very unlike Chelsey to ask me to leave my dinner too. Well, I eventually ended up caving in and I headed home. When I got there Jake was acting squirmy and I was hangry… I was very oblivious and didnt put two and two together. Fast forward and two of my great friends arrived at my house “for dinner”. From there the rest was history. Jake ended up proposing in the comfort of our home surrounded by our friends. We celebrated our engagement two days later in Punta Cana, it was magical.
