What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should plan on arriving around 4:30pm. We will have a bus that will pick up guests from the LaQuinta hotel to take you to the venue and back at the end of the night. We only have 1 bus that fits 75 guests, so be mindful of that if you plan on utilizing this transportation. If you plan on taking Uber or Lyft, keep in mind that there might be a limited number of drivers at a certain time. We will have a limited bar available at the venue for your enjoyment while you wait for the ceremony to begin.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is about 25 minutes away from Cleveland and about an hour away from Chattanooga. If you choose to drive, we ask that you please drink responsibly and possibly carpool. If you would prefer an alternate form of transportation, we have a bus available, and both Uber and Lyft are available in Cleveland and Chattanooga. If you decide to drive, there is free parking on site.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception will be indoors, all in the same building

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an “unplugged ceremony.” This means no devices (phones, cameras, iPads etc.) will be allowed to be out during our ceremony. We have hired a fantastic photographer to capture these moments for us, and we want all of our friends and family to be fully present during this special time. We promise to share those pictures with you! During the reception we encourage you to snap and post pictures to your social media! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MashburnAndHarryMarry so we can enjoy of all your pictures!
