What time should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony starts promptly at 4:45pm, guests are kindly requested to arrive by 4:30pm.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us as we celebrate our wedding! We kindly request that all guests—both men and women—wear all black attire. Gentlemen may wear traditional black-tie attire or a white or black button-up shirt paired with black dress pants. Please refer to our 'Dress Code' section for more details and attire inspiration. As long as you are in plain black we trust you will look exquisite!

Can we Bring the Kids?

Though we love your little ones, we are hosting an 'Adults Only' wedding! Kindly note that only 18+ will be permitted, thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a Plus-One?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation.

How Does the RSVP Work?

Answer

All RSVP's will be monitored through our website. If you cannot make on July 2, 2026 please RSVP "Will not Attend" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Will Attend" but something came up then please reach out to the Bride & Groom as soon as possible to let us know you will no longer be attending. If you missed our RSVP deadline then you will unfortunately be marked as "Will not Attend". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have a deadline with a finalized headcount through our venue that we have to meet by 06/02/2026.

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & cocktail hour will take place outside, while the reception will take place inside.

Are the Ceremony & Reception at the Same Location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Winchester Estates.

What will the Weather Look Like?

Answer

Meadow Vista in early July is usually warm and sunny with temps in the upper 80s to low 90s. A beautiful summer day, perfect wedding weather!

What is the Bar Situation?

Answer

The night will begin with a full host bar, eventually transitioning into a non hosted bar. The bar will close at 10 PM, so be sure to grab your drinks early and enjoy!

Is There Parking at the Venue?

Answer

If you do drive there is plenty of parking space on site. If you decide to use the transportation provided or Uber, please make sure to pick up your car by 11am the next morning.
