Excelsior Springs is roughly 30 minutes from the wedding venue. One of it's features includes the Main Street with lots of boutiques, restaurants, and drinking establishments. For anyone who enjoys history, visit the Hall of Waters to learn more about the town's background and mineral waters.
Activate is probably one of Gavin and Morgan’s favorite things to do in KC. It includes different rooms with mini games in them that you and your group can compete as a team or against each other. Some of the rooms include basketball and baseball. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time as it often fills up if you walk in the day of.
Casual Animal Brewing Co. sits in downtown KCMO in Brewers Alley. There are a couple blocks of breweries, distilleries and tap houses such as Brewery Emperial, Border Brewing Company, City Barrel Brewery + Kitchen, Torn Label Brewing Company, and more.
Puttery is an indoor mini golf and cocktail bar.
Fowling is a combination between football, corn hole, and bowling. You have board set up similar to corn hole with two people on each side. There are 10 bowling pins set up on each of the corn hole boards that you try to knock over by throwing a football. They also have drinks and food.
