Please RSVP by May 16, 2026 using the "RSVP" tab on our website. After this date, we will be unable to accommodate additional guests or changes in dinner choices.

Dress Code

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. Ladies: formal cocktail attire is appropriate (long/floor-length dresses and gowns). Gentlemen: black tie is appropriate (tuxedos/dark suits and ties). Fun vivid colors and floral patterns are encouraged to go along with the “garden party” essence of the day!

Menu & Dietary Restrictions

Dinner will consist of 3 different menu options: filet mignon, chicken alfredo (with roasted vegetables available as a vegetarian option), and shrimp & grits. Please select your desired entree choice when you submit your RSVP. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please note those as well and we will do our best to accommodate.

Parking & Venue Access

Answer

Haywood Hall backs up to Public Lot 20 (~5 minute walk from the venue), which offers free public parking during evenings and weekends. Parking Lot Address: 227 E Edenton Street, Raleigh, NC 27601 From the parking lot, walk to the Edenton/Blount Street intersection and continue walking in the direction of traffic down Blount Street. Turn left onto New Bern Place, and the venue will be on your left with a white picket fence - walk up the concrete steps to find a seat for the ceremony! For guests with limited mobility, there is a ramp located at the back of the venue (the side closest to the parking lot). Please reach out if you have any other questions about accessing the venue and we will be glad to assist!

Transportation

Answer

We have arranged for the Raleigh Trolley to shuttle guests from the hotel and the parking lot to the venue (please see the "Travel" page for more information). Ubers, Lyfts, and other rideshare services are also readily accessible.
