Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking available as well as self parking options at the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

There will be shuttles available to and from the Double Tree in Mt. Laurel and the venue.

Is the Double Tree the only hotel option?

Answer

We have a room block at the DoubleTree, that’s where we’ll be staying and hanging out after! Discounted rates are available for our guests (code: 943). If needed, there are plenty of other hotel options close by as well.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and guest”, then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes, both are wheelchair accessible.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options available?

There will be a variety of food options, however if you require specific dietary restrictions please let us know.
