A shuttle service will be available to transport guests to and from the wedding venue. The shuttles will pick up guests at the DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte City Center at 3:00 PM. After the wedding, the return shuttle will drop guests off at both the after-party location and the hotel. If guests wish to leave prior to reception end time (10:00 PM) uber/lyft or alternate arrangements will need to be made.
Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available. For guests driving, upon arrival you will proceed past the small house/cottage located on the right side of the entrance way, go through the gate, follow the road and take a slight right and proceed until you reach the open lot. Guests may park along the fence line. We kindly ask guests to only drive if necessary, as overnight parking is not permitted. To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, transportation will be provided to and from the venue - please avoid drinking and driving.
We kindly ask our guests to dress in Garden Party Formal attire for this special occasion! Ladies are encouraged to wear midi to floor-length dresses in shades of green, pink, brown, and black. Gentlemen are welcome to wear suits or tuxedos. See our "Attire" tab for style inspiration!
We have reserved room blocks at DoubleTree by Hilton and Marriott Charlotte City Center. Please book by April 12th, 2026, to secure a room. Use the link on our travel page or mention the Polce/Daley wedding for our reduced rate.
Weather permitting our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside followed by an indoor reception.
While we would love to have your children join us, we kindly request that you plan for a child-free evening to ensure everyone can unwind and celebrate with us.
