When it came to choosing my maids of honor, I couldn’t pick just one—so I picked the two people who have known me the longest, loved me the hardest, and laughed at (and with) me the most: my sister and my first cousin. These two are basically my built-in best friends, my day-one ride-or-dies, and the ones who’ve seen me at my absolute best and my absolute mess. Together, they’ve been my chaos coordinators, secret keepers, and best friends since birth. My sister knows all my quirks and has never hesitated to tell me when I’m being dramatic (which is… often), and my cousin is the one who’s always ready to stir up some fun, pull me back to reality, or dance with me like no one’s watching. Having both of them by my side isn’t just special—it’s the perfect mix of family, friendship, and a little bit of mischief. I couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without my two favorite people standing right next to me.

Best Man

Having my stepdad as my best man is a meaningful way to honor the role he has played in my life. He has been a source of support, guidance, and friendship, always leading by example and offering advice when needed. More than just family, he has been a mentor through life’s challenges and successes. His influence and support have helped shape the person I am today. Choosing him as my best man is a reflection of the respect and appreciation I have for him. It’s a way to acknowledge not just his role in my family, but the lasting impact he has had on my life.
