Option 1: Platja d'en Bossa

There will be shuttles from Platja d'en Bossa to the welcome dinner Saturday and reception on Sunday. We've chosen the Migjorn Suites as our "home base" but there are many other options in the area you can choose from in short walking distance. Some of those other options are listed below along with the details on how to book with Migjorn.

Option 2: Santa Eulària

September 6, 2020 4:30 pm - 2:00 am

Santa Eulària des Riu is the area where our welcome dinner will be held. And there will be a shuttle from Santa Eularia to the wedding venue on Sunday. Our recommended hotel here is the Aguas de Ibiza. It is a quieter area and more family friendly than the bustling Platja d'en Bossa.

Migjorn Suites and Spa Ibiza

This hotel is best for the people who want to be in the middle of it all. It is right in the center of the party area, walking distance to beaches, clubs, bars, restaurants, and shops. The rooms range from 2 persons to 6 persons and its a small hotel. With good attendance we should be able to fill the entire hotel up and have the pool to ourselves. Aguas de Ibiza

This hotel is best for my mom and people who wish to stay in a quieter part of the island. Other options in Platje D'en Bossa

There are too many hotels to count in Playa d'en Bossa. Options we can recommend include Ushuaia Ibiza and the Hard Rock Hotel. We've also used VRBO.com, airbnb.com and luxuryretreats.com to book private properties before which can be a great option for people staying longer or with a large group. I can't recommend enough booking early as the wedding is just at the tail end of high season and prices will get much higher and availability lower the longer you wait.

Flights

As mentioned in the FAQs, you can fly to Ibiza direct from Paris, Dublin, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Porto, Barcelona, Madrid, among others. We hope you can enjoy some more of Europe before or after the wedding, or both!

Deals on Flights with TAP Air Portugal

TAP is the national carrier of Portgual and they seem motivated to get tourists back into the nation this summer. Porto and Lisbon are available as layover points before heading onto Ibiza or on your final leg home. You can even select a layover option to stay for several days and check the city out, similar to what Iceland has done with layovers in Reykjavik. I've seen deals on business class, and economy tickets as low as $200 round trip.

Iberia Rewards Travel

Ibera has premium economy and business class seats available back to Chicago on Monday, for anyone with Amex or Chase points. Make sure the flight you want is available before you transfer your points from AMEX/Chase.
