What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1, 2026. You can do this on our wedding website under “RSVP” once you receive your invite.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

There is no ceremony venue. We got married in the Dominican. Our wedding reception venue is at the RiverCenter. The address and time is on the “schedule” page of our wedding website.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

There are reserved blocks of rooms at two different hotels: DoubleTree by Hilton Davenport, and Hotel Blackhawk. You can view details on the “travel” page of our wedding website.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

Both hotels are in walking distance to/from the venue. There will not be a shuttle.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: wear cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, floral print, and short/long sleeved button down dress shirts, slacks (suit jackets are optional).

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

We are not allowing any additional plus-ones or children. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your RSVP/invitation and no additional guests or children can be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home in Florida at 823 SW 28th Terrace Cape Coral, FL 33914. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding reception and post photos on social media?

Answer

Yes! Take the photos and post them! Just make sure to use our hashtag! #OfficiallyWhipped Also, please know that we will have professional photos being taken too. :)

What’s the best airport to use?

Answer

Quad Cities International Airport (MLI) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from via Uber/Lyft or ride share. If you plan on exploring the city, maybe look into renting a car. It may be cheaper. You can do this on site at the airport. Also, check out the "Things to Do" section of our website to see some of our favorite spots to eat, drink and explore in our city.
