If you would like to visit Yellowstone National Park on your visit, one way to enter the park from Bozeman is through the town of West Yellowstone which is about 90 miles from Bozeman. There is also the Gardiner MT entrance to the park which is on the north end about 85 miles from Bozeman if you would like to go that route. Yellowstone offers extensive views of nature, wildlife, and roads to tour the entire park if you have time. It is a great way to spend a day if you are up for the driving.
It will likely be warm out this time of year, but if you are in the mood for a hot springs experience, the town of Norris has a nice quiet hot springs that is open from Thursday to Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm (double check time and schedule prior to departing). Alcohol and food are available for purchase while you soak outside in the mountain side. The drive is beautiful and is 35 miles from Bozeman.
Bridger Canyon Road is a beautiful drive 15 minutes from Bozeman. There is plenty of hiking, public land, and scenic views along the highway. The road will take you through the Bridger Mountains and you will take you all the to the town of White Sulphur Springs if you are in the mood for a drive.

Please check on current accommodations prior to making the drive).
Consistently rated best happy hour in Bozeman, drop into Brigade for delicious appetizers, oysters, mixed drinks. Happy hour is the best time to visit for your wallet, but if you are looking to splurge for dinner this would be a great option! Brigade is located centrally on main street, a few blocks from the Baxter.
