It all began in Pittsburgh—our favorite city and the place where fate (and some best friends) brought us together. Before we met, we actually spent years unknowingly crossing paths. We went to neighboring colleges and shared a lot of the same friends, but somehow, we never met during that time. After college, we both found ourselves living in Pittsburgh, each navigating young adulthood and building lives of our own. Thanks to a shared circle of friends—some of whom will be standing by our side on our wedding day—we were introduced. In August of 2021, we made it official. By then, Donny had started medical school in Erie, which meant the beginning of a long-distance chapter for us. It wasn’t always easy, but it was always worth it. We spent countless weekends driving back and forth, squeezing every moment we could out of the time we had together. Between FaceTime calls, long phone conversations, and surprise visits, our relationship only grew stronger. In August of 2024, three years after our first date, Donny proposed in Pittsburgh—the city where we met, fell in love, and built the foundation of our story. It was a full-circle moment in every way. Now, we’re so excited to begin this next chapter together—surrounded by the friends and family who have been part of our journey from the start. Thank you for being here to celebrate our love.
