Our Story began in 2017 at Bunn High School. The first interaction was initiated by Morgan, who was in need of a prom date. At the time she and Cody knew of each other, but didn’t have any sort of close friendship. By chance, she messaged Cody who was out of town about going to prom with her. He agreed and they went to prom and had a great time. The following 3 years they went about different paths and didn’t reconnect until May of 2020. They quickly rekindled their friendship until August 28th, 2020 when they both decided they wanted more. Cody finally worked up the nerve to ask her to be his girlfriend and she agreed. The relationship was tested in many ways, but by God’s grace and guidance, they were able to persevere. Fast forward to November 10th, 2023, Cody proposed.
