We would love our family and friends to get dressed up for their night out! Our dress code is cocktail. Deep gem tones, or autumn colors are lovely this time of year. No white or black, out of respect for wedding party! Bring a jacket! September in the Hudson Valley could mean cooler weather in the evening, though our venue is heated.
While we love all your little ones, we want their parents to be able to relax and unwind during our ceremony and reception, and have chosen to make our wedding child-free. Thank you for understanding.
Yes! Our venue has plenty of parking, but we do recommend a carpool for those unable to travel together.
Yes! We have a vegetarian option for hot hor’dovors and dinner. We have the menu posted with contents of each. If you have a specific allergy, please let us know ahead of time. ** unfortunately we cannot accommodate vegan options
Our RSVP is _____. Please let us know by then, as we will not be able to accommodate anyone who does not RSVP.
Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel booked for our guests. We recommend using AirBnb or VRBO. There is a Hampton Inn hotel approximately 10 minutes from our venue.
Due to the intimacy of our wedding, we would like to keep it to family and close friends. Your invitation will be addressed to you and your plus one. (e.i. “Your name and guest” / “your name and partner”)
We are blessed to be able to have both our ceremony and reception at the same location! Our ceremony will be taking place in the gardens at Garvan’s GastroPub in New Paltz, NY. The reception to follow will be in their reception hall on the property.
Our ceremony will be an “unplugged” event. There will be an opportunity after vows are said for 60 seconds for our guests to snap a pic!
Our ceremony is starting at 4:00. We would recommend arriving by 3:30 to park and find seating and enjoy our grazing table and complimentary refreshments.
Any questions before the day of the wedding that have not been addressed here, feel free to text or call Charlie or myself
