Chad and Morgan’s story began with a like on Hinge and quickly turned into something magical. Chad asked Morgan out on January 25, 2024, and just three days later, they met for coffee—unknowingly twinning in blue jeans, blue shirts, and white Reeboks. As if that wasn’t enough of a sign, they both ordered the same iced chai latte. Their second date was unforgettable, not just because Morgan got run over by kids on scooters, but because she still walked miles on a bruised, bloodied foot on the Tampa Riverwalk —because the date was that good. Their first special kiss happened at the zoo, right in front of the manatees, and by March 4, they were officially a couple. Just two days later, Morgan jetted off to Scotland, but love knows no distance—she sent Chad a postcard every day, each with a sweet limerick from her travels. From there, life together has been filled with laughter, adventure, and plenty of good food (mostly cooked by Morgan, with occasional contributions from Chad). They took their first trip together to St. Augustine FL, celebrated Morgan’s 30th in Stuart FL with poolside day drinking that had them passed out by 3 PM, and explored Chicago—where Chad got sick from the chaos, and Morgan got sick from taking care of him. They moved Chad into a new apartment, spent countless nights playing Palace (with Chad usually winning), and visited Sunken Gardens, where they joked about it being a great wedding spot—unbeknownst to Morgan, Chad had already placed a down payment on her dream ring that same day. There was a quick trip to Trinidad to surprise Chad’s family, their first Thanksgiving and Christmas together, and then, exactly one year after their first date on January 25, 2025 Chad got down on one knee and asked Morgan to be his forever. These are just some of the beautiful, hilarious, and heartfelt moments that make up their story so far. Now, they can’t wait to start the next chapter—with all of you there to celebrate their wedding day!
