Volcanoes form when magma beneath the Earth's surface rises due to buoyancy and pressure, erupting as lava, ash, and gas. ☄️ The eruption style (explosive vs. effusive) depends on the magma's viscosity and gas content, with viscous, gas-rich magma causing violent explosions and runny, gas-poor magma leading to gentle lava flows. Their Lava story began a long, long time ago, at “Buttons & Bows,” the preschool where they did show-and-tells and learned to count to 10. During their early lives, they circled around each other. Mr. Piiparian’s class in 4th grade. Band class in middle school. MAT camp in high school. Though they were in the same friend circle, the majority of their interactions were in group settings, such as the infamous stake dances. And yes, they did dance together! (Carter admits looking over at Morgan when Bruno Mars sang, “All you pretty ladies” in 24k Magic.) Real 7th grade riz. 😉 It seemed their path together had come to an end when Carter moved to Utah at 16. They both had many of their own adventures. Morgan attended college in Oahu, Utah, AND Idaho. Moved across the country to South Carolina. Carter played the trumpet and traveled around the country in Drum Corps. Went on a mission to Georgia and Vancouver, Canada. Their paths started drawing closer once again when Carter moved back to Wyoming, where he came to know Randall and Becky quite well through work. One random Thursday in October, Morgan walked into Big O Tires with her dad. (Ask about her truck parking job as she came in if you want a laugh.) It seemed like the world went in slow motion for them as they both thought to themselves, “Gosh, when did they grow up and get hot?” 🥵 Randall must have seen the twinkle in their eyes because after they left he called Carter back up on the Big O work phone to set up a date. As I’m sure you guessed, the spontaneous bowling and McDonald’s date went well (because Morgan beat Carter in the first game). Though, she might have just liked Carter for his ‘81 Camaro. One thing led to another. They grew to like, then love each other, sealing the story with Carter moving out to DC. (He likes to say that he was just on a “roadtrip” and decided to stay, but Morgan knew it was a trip just to see her and win her over.) ❤️‍🔥Their Lava story seemed slow and quiet on the surface, but in reality God planned an eruption of love that was just bubbling and waiting under the surface. 🌋
