To get to the venue, you will need to fly into Great Falls, MT airport (GTF). United and delta have the best flight options as far as pricing and arrival times. The Great Falls Airport is only about a 40 minute drive to the ranch. Thursdays dinner will be at 7pm, but some of the flights are cheaper that come in around 9pm. It will be a casual welcome dinner, so if the later flight works out better for you, don't worry about missing it.
Another option is to fly into Bozeman (BZN). Bozeman airport is about a 3 hour drive to the ranch, but does tend to have cheaper flights. You could fly into Bozeman and rent a car to drive to the ranch. Feel free to give me a call if you want help and advice with booking travel! 813-919-5274

The Ranches at Belt Creek
This is where everyone will be staying, on site at the venue. There is no need to worry about reserving your own room or cabin. We've got that covered and will place everyone in their rooms/cabins upon arrival! However, If you are wanting to come earlier or stay longer after the wedding and want to continue to stay onsite, please reach out to me so I can notify the ranch. There are also hotels in Great Falls nearby about a 35 min drive.
