Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

We will be marrying at The Bower Estate, which is nestled in the mountains of the Gold Coast hinterland. The address is 3165 Nerang Murwillumbah Road, Natural Bridge, QLD 4211.

Is my child invited to the wedding?

Answer

We are very sorry, but we are keeping our special day as an adult-only occasion. With the exception of children from our immediate family who are welcome to attend the ceremony only. We want our adult guests to be able to enjoy the festivities! We thank you for your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please come dressed in cocktail attire. The venue is predominantly outdoors, so please be sure to bring sun protection if you are sun shy and please wear appropriate footwear (stiletto heels are not recommended - opt for something with a thicker heel if possible). If you would like, please feel free to bring a change of shoes to ensure that you can dance the night away without any aches or injuries. Ladies will be pleased to ditch the heels as soon as possible!

Is there phone reception at The Bower Estate?

Answer

There is mobile reception at the Estate for all mobile service providers aside from Vodaphone.

Can we take photos?

Answer

Absolutely! In fact we encourage it. Whilst photos are encouraged, we ask that you refrain from taking photos/being on your phone during the ceremony so that you and our guests can enjoy the moment.

Will you have a gift registry?

Answer

The greatest gift to us both is that you can be present at our wedding. However, if you would like to contribute to our new married life, we will have a wishing well on the day.

How do I get there?

Answer

We have organised a coach to bring our guests to the venue from Mountain Tamborine Glades, and a small car for those staying at the Gold Coast. One will depart from The Star on the Gold Coast, the other from Mountain Glades accomodation. The same vehicles will be on site ready to bring everyone home at the end of the evening (make sure you get on the correct bus/car!)
