What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00-4:10pm through the main entrance of Phipps Conservatory so you can be escorted to the ceremony room.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party/ Summer Cocktail Attire: Cocktail attire with consideration of high temperatures in July. No jeans. Suit jackets optionals.

Will events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors. The reception will be indoors/outside under the tent.

Is the ceremony and venue at the same location?

Answer

The reception is directly next to the ceremony location. Guests will be directed to walk over after the ceremony has concluded.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking around the venue. There is free parking in the center isle of the Phipps parking lot. Other parking around the conservatory is free after 6 pm on Saturdays.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of the venue the guest list is limited to those directly invited.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

This will be an alcohol free wedding... just kidding! There will be an open bar, please enjoy responsibly.
