What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Guests will not be able to enter the property until 5:45 PM, so please plan your arrival accordingly. Transportation will be provided from the three primary hotels listed on our travel page. If you plan to take the shuttle, please arrive at your pickup location on time so everyone can make it to the ceremony smoothly.

Where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, Rhode Island, overlooking the beautiful Newport waterfront.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Rosecliff if you prefer to drive rather than take the transportation provided from the hotels.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the venue from the three primary hotels listed on our website. More details on shuttle pickup times and locations can be found on the Travel & Accommodations section of our website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie (all black). Men can wear white shirt under tux if they prefer. Tuxedos or black suits are recommended for men Floor-length gowns, formal dresses, or elegant cocktail dresses for women The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors overlooking the water, and the reception will be indoors. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket in case the evening gets cool.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you enjoy this special moment with us and keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing team of photographers, videographers, and a content creator to capture every moment, and we promise to share plenty of photos afterward!

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult-only celebration, with the exception of a few older family members. We kindly ask that you only bring the guests listed on your invitation. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy a fun night celebrating with us!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Newport weather can be unpredictable! In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors at Rosecliff, and everything will still proceed as planned.
