Check out Airbnb.com the event is in Ben Wheeler but right outside of Tyler close to the airport area. Close to Van and Canton as well. There are also numerous hotel choices in all of those areas. If choosing a hotel in Tyler, I recommend staying on that side of town. (If you want to be close to the venue)
