Where should I stay?
Answer
We have reserved two hotel blocks for our guests. You can find the details under the Travel tab. If you are looking for other options and have questions about the area, feel free to reach out and we can help give you some insight!
Question
Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can't afford for all of our guests to bring guests of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Yes! This is a kid friendly wedding. We ask that if young children are fussy during the ceremony, to please take them to the crying room.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
Answer
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share those photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Will you be serving alcohol?
Answer
Yes! We will be supplying a variety of beer, wine, and liquor. However, we will have a limited supply of all beverages so once it is gone, additional alcohol will not be available.

How do I know where to sit?
Answer
During the ceremony, there will be ushers that will sit you on either the groom's side or the bride's side. Just inform the usher who you are attending for. During the reception, you can sit with whomever you would like. We will have circle tables that seat 10 per table!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather this time of year tends to be getting up to 85 degrees. However, it is important to keep in mind that this event is completely indoors.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please either accept or decline our invitation by April 19th. We need adequate time to plan on your possible attendance.

When will we eat?
Answer
We plan to serve dinner at 5:30pm. We recommend our guests to eat lunch before making their way to the ceremony.

What time should I go home?
Answer
We would love everyone to stay as long as you desire. The party will be ending around 10:45 to allow time for clean up before the facility’s cleaning crew arrives.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Wedding starts promptly at 2pm. Arriving between 1:15 and 1:45 will give you adequate time to be seated.

How should I get there?
Answer
If you are wanting to avoid renting a car from the airport, Uber and Lyft are readily available options in Wichita.
