Destify Price Matching Tips
You must have a room booked with Destify prior to requesting a price match. If you find a lower rate through another travel site or the resort itself, click the "Price Match" icon on Destify within 24 hours of booking your room to claim the lower rate. Our Destify agent recommends uploading a screenshot of the lower rate on the submission form to speed up the verification process. You should receive confirmation of your updated rate within a few days and this will be reflected in the remaining balance of your trip. Price matches are not allowed after final payments. Cancun International Airport
We encourage you to fly into Cancun International Airport with your preferred airline. CUN Airport to Resort = 13 miles (~25min drive). Airport Shuttle Service can be added to your Destify booking when reserving your room. A public shuttle roundtrip is $49 per single rider. A private shuttle roundtrip is $187 (total price, not per person) for up to 6 passengers. All private shuttle passengers must be traveling on the same flight. **Tip from the bride and groom: a private shuttle is encouraged if you will be traveling with a lot of luggage**
