10:30 am - 11:45 am
This event is formal. Coffee and small bites will provided for our breakfast ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 11AM. Babysitters will be provided on site as we ask this be an adult-only event.
12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
An afternoon intermission is planned to beat the heat. Enjoy the town of Winters! Check out the Things To Do section for some of our favorite recommendations.
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Repeat your ceremony outfit or dress to impress in elegant western attire for the evening. Think jackets, hats and boots and dresses or lux separates and heels. No denim. A shuttle from Hotel Winters will be running to and from the ranch every 15 minutes or so between 4:00pm-midnight. We kindly ask this also be an adult only event. Babysitter recommendations will be provided.
6:00 pm - 11:45 pm
We'll be dancing the night away to a live band after dinner is served. A shuttle to Winters will be running every 30 minutes from 10:30pm-midnight. Last call is 11:30pm. We kindly ask this also be an adult only event. Babysitter recommendations will be provided.
11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel! Brunch and drinks will be served. Kids are welcome.
