FAQs

Question

Why This Place?

Answer

When we imagined our wedding day, we imagined something quiet, private, and peaceful in a space that would allow us to gather close with the people who mean the most. Morgan carries her roots from West Virginia and the years she spent here in Tennessee. Amy carries hers from South Carolina. Somehow, these mountains feel like the soft middle ground between the lives that brought us to each other. And they offer the same meeting place for all the people we love :)

Question

Am I invited to the welcome reception?

Answer

YES! If you are in town, please come by and say hello! We hear there may be toasts (or roasts)... we're not sure which :/

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is on-site parking right outside the venue (private residence)

Question

Is this an outdoor/indoor event?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour to follow will be held outdoors (fingers crossed)! Dinner will be served under a covered event space.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We can’t know for sure, but we’re expecting mild spring weather — with the usual bit of mountain unpredictability. If it helps with planning, the average daytime temperature in Sevierville on April 18 is about 68°F.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

We've got it covered (literally)!

Question

Can I help with anything?

Answer

Yes!! ..... bring your love and laughter, everything else is taken care of!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click RSVP. You'll be "RSVPing" to dinner being served the night of the wedding (April 18, 2026). You'll be asked to select one protein option for dinner! ....If you RSVP for dinner, we will save you a seat for the ceremony too :) You will not have to RSVP online for the Welcome Reception on April 17, 2026.

Question

When is the RSVP due?

Answer

We kindly ask for your RSVP by March 1st so we can take care of the final details. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly :)

Question

What if I've RSVP'd but can no longer attend?

Answer

That’s completely okay — we understand that plans sometimes change. If you’re able, just let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust accordingly. We’ll miss celebrating with you and appreciate you keeping us in the loop.
