Maid of Honor
My sister, CJ, is one of the most important people in my life, and I couldn’t imagine this day without them. They live in Los Angeles and work in the film production industry—so naturally, they bring a love of movies, comedy, and really good soup wherever they go. We’re honored to have them as our officiant, and we know they’ll bring heart, humor, and a whole lot of love to our ceremony.
Bridesmaid
Kayla and I met in college at Johnson & Wales University—and while I may have ignored her first text asking to hang out (oops!), we quickly became instant friends. We ended up living together during my junior and senior year, and she’s been a constant source of kindness, care, and laughter ever since. I’m so lucky to have her in my life and even luckier to have her by my side for such a special day.

Sofia and I met during our work-study job at Johnson & Wales University—calling alumni for donations at the JWU Phonathon. We instantly clicked, realizing our personalities were hilariously similar, and we couldn’t stop making each other laugh (so much so, they eventually had to separate us at work!). Even after I graduated, we stayed close, and I even helped her move out to Milwaukee for her first job. Now, we’re both planning weddings and sharing this exciting season of life together—something that makes it all even more special.
Bridesmaid
Katie and I met at Johnson & Wales University in our fashion classes, and from the very beginning, she had me laughing until my stomach hurt—she’s truly one of the funniest people I know. But what makes her even more special is how deeply caring she is and what a great listener she’s always been. Katie is now a teacher who loves being around kids, and she also happens to have an incredible eye for design—so one day, she’ll absolutely be the interior decorator for my future home (because she’s just that good!). I’m so lucky to have her in my life and by my side for such a meaningful day.
Bridesmaid
Katie and I met at Johnson & Wales in our fashion classes, and from the very beginning, she’s been the friend who’s always up for an adventure. Even with her busy schedule, she always makes the effort to come visit me in Charlotte—and that’s just who Katie is: thoughtful, prepared, and always looking out for the people she loves. She studied abroad in college, says yes to every opportunity, and truly makes the most out of life. I admire her drive and big heart endlessly, and I’m so lucky to have her in my corner. She also recently got married, so she’s been my unofficial wedding planner—and the best one at that!
Bridesmaid
Cara and I met at Johnson & Wales University, but our bond was instant once we realized we were both from upstate New York. In college, I was her go-to hairstylist before nights out (and honestly, I still am when we get together!). Cara used to drive us home for the holidays, and those long rides were filled with some of our best life chats. We even started a blog together in college called The Black Lime. Now that she lives in Nashville, it’s been so nice being closer and seeing each other more often. She’s one of the kindest, most honest people I know, and I’m so grateful for her friendship.
Best Man
My best man is Morgan’s dad, John. Over the years, he’s become not only a great friend but also a true role model in my life. When I started my business, John was always there as a sounding board—offering advice, support, and plenty of encouragement as I navigated the ups and downs. He’s also one of the funniest people I know, and ever since he moved to Charlotte, it’s been awesome getting to spend more time together. I’m honored to have him standing by my side.
Groomsman
Jeremy has been my longest and closest friend since childhood. He’s my cousin, but he’s always felt more like the older brother I never had. From jet skiing and hunting to causing a little mischief at White Lake every year, we’ve shared countless adventures (and a few harmless shenanigans). I even used to cheer him on at his community rec league basketball games as a kid. Jeremy’s always been someone I’ve looked up to, and I’m grateful to have him by my side for such an important day.
