Are there events on Friday before the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’re kicking off the weekend with Welcome Cocktails on the patio at Waypoint 622 on Friday, July 31. If you’ll be in town, we’d love for you to join us for drinks and appetizers as we start celebrating together. Where is the ceremony taking place?

Our ceremony begins at 5:15 PM in the boat house at the Bay Head Yacht Club. Located across the property from the main clubhouse about a ~5 minute walk from valet parking. Arrival address: 630 Lake Avenue, Bay Head, NJ

Where should I park for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Valet parking is available in the main Bay Head Yacht Club lot. Please use the address 111 Metcalfe Street, Bay Head, NJ From there, the ceremony location is about a 5-minute walk across the property.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We have a few options to make getting around: - From the Hilton Garden Inn Lakewood: Shuttles will bring guests staying at the hotel to the ceremony (timing to come). - Back to the Hilton Garden Inn: Shuttles will return guests to the hotel after the reception. - To the After-Party: We’ll also provide transportation from Bay Head Yacht Club to keep the celebration going.

What’s the flow of the evening?

Here’s how the celebration will unfold: 5:00 PM – Ceremony in the boat house 6:00 PM – Cocktail hour outside on the porch at the main club house 7:00 PM – Reception inside the ballroom 11:15 PM – After party at The Ark

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Consider it a built-in date night!

Wedding Dress Code: Cocktail Attire Not sure where to start? Men: Khakis or chinos with a button-down or polo Women: Sundresses or dressy separates Flip-flops and denim are staying home for the events of the weekend.

Is the ceremony phone-free?

Answer

Yes — we kindly ask that all phones stay tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. No leaning into the aisle, no quick snaps… Yes, Uncle Andrew, that includes you!
