Our color scheme is corals, yellows, greens, and browns, any of those tropical colors will fit in great. Feel free to wear another color if you'd like. I'd like everyone to stay away from jeans if possible.
There will be a shredded baby iceberg wedge salad with Gorgonzola and Southwest Crumble. Our two appetizers are maple-glazed sweet pepper bacon wrapped scallops, and shrimp cocktail shooters. There will be a bruschetta platter served. We will have two options for dinner. Filet Mignon with trio peppercorn and port wine sauce, and Roasted red snapper Kebabs drizzled with roasted scotch bonnet orange Ale Jus. There will be a smashed potato bar. For Dessert, we will have cheesecake with wild berries compote, and a white cake with raspberry filling.
The wedding will be Indoor/Outdoors. The ceremony will be on the beach, and the reception will be on the Mahogany Terrace.
Yes, there will be an open bar for the reception.
