When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st, 2025! You can do this on the RSVP tab on our wedding website (once launched) or you can contact Morgan or Chris directly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that all wedding guests join us in semi-formal attire. For men, a suit or sports coat with a tie are recommended. For women, a semi-formal or cocktail dress, a more formal jumpsuit, or a pant suit would be perfect.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest family and friends! If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will be specifically listed. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be securing a hotel room block and will share that information in the coming months. Richmond also has several AirBnB or VRBO options in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the Hidden Oaks. Staff will be shuttling people from the parking lot to the venue. We will also be securing charter buses to and from the venue to the hotel for transportation. The Hidden Oaks is also accessible via Uber or Lyft.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We will be securing transportation to and from the hotel to the Hidden Oaks. We will be sharing that information in the coming months.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will be including a section to share food allergies and dietary preferences within the RSVP. You are more than welcome to contact Chris or Morgan directly to share that information as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding, and we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time. If you have any questions or need assistance with recommendations for local childcare services, please feel free to reach out to us.
