As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only (13+) celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!
We are having an unplugged ceremony. This just means that we are asking all phones and devices be put away/on silent during the ceremony. We've hired an amazing professional to capture this important moment of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, please take as many photos as you want! We promise to share ceremony photos as soon as we get them!
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and those who are not on the guest list will be turned away. This is to ensure everyone has a meal and drinks!
Dress code is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We kindly ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, blushes, etc. Our colors are dusty rose, navy blue, and grey, so any of these colors would look great in photos! Please, no jeans!
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The reception will be under a large tent which can accommodate the ceremony as well in case of inclement weather.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head to the patio by the bar and pool where we will be serving finger foods and beverages before dinner.
Please RSPV before February 26, 2022. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you cannot make it and will make adjustments to our catering & other vendors. If we have not heard from you by February 26th, you will NOT have a spot reserved for you at dinner. If you have a last minute change to your RSVP status PLEASE let us know!
Both our ceremony & reception will be held at Laurel Haven Estate located at 3341 Taxahaw Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The entrance to the ceremony space will close 10 minutes before the ceremony start. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ReadyToBePreddy so we can keep track of all of your pictures! There will also be a custom snapchat geo filter!
