Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive at the venue by 6:00pm to allow time for seating.

Arrival - 6pm Ceremony - 6:30-7pm Cocktail hour - 7-8pm Reception - 8pm-12am After-party - 12am-1am All events take place at Water’s Edge

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Black tie attire is encouraged but not required. Men are welcome to wear a dark suit in lieu of a tuxedo. Women are encouraged to wear floor length dresses.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites Huntington Downtown. See "Hotels" tab for link to hotel block as well as other recommended hotels once the block fills.

What time are the shuttles?
Answer
The first shuttle from Hampton Inn to Water’s Edge leaves at 5:40pm. The second leaves 6:05pm. Shuttles will run from Water’s Edge back to the hotel every 15min from 12-1am.
