Select option 1 for Woodloch Pines, then option 5 for Wedding Accommodations. The staff here are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Be sure to mention that you are booking under the Swift/Morello block to ensure you receive the discounted rate. A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
This depends on the number of bedrooms you have. Each bedroom can fit two adults. There will also be a pull-out couch and room for air mattresses.
No, you don’t have to stay there if you prefer not to. There are many hotel chains in the Poconos, but please note that transportation will not be provided, and ride-sharing services may not be reliable. Guests are also welcome to join us for the celebration without needing to stay overnight. You can enjoy the festivities and return home afterward if that’s more convenient for you!
The main resort is where we will actually be getting married. Think of it as similar to a college campus situated along a lake. Here, there are hotel-like buildings where guests stay, the main dining room, a pool, activities for everyone, and the Inn, which is where we will be getting married. Woodloch Springs is Woodloch's private golf course located just 5 minutes down the road. The houses guests will be booking are located on cul-de-sacs on the golf course.
Yes! There will be multiple shuttle buses available to pick up guests at each house in Woodloch Springs. They will operate at all times to transport guests to and from the Inn.
Woodloch features a marketplace just outside of the Springs, offering alcohol, snacks, everyday necessities, and some deli sandwich options. On the main resort campus, you'll find additional dining choices, including a coffee shop, a sports bar lounge, a deli, and the main dining room, where guests can make reservations. We recommend downloading the Woodloch app for more information!
The ceremony will be held on the lawn overlooking the lake. This includes a slight downward-sloped walk there. There will be transportation via golf carts to help transport anyone that needs.
