When should I RSVP?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 Ceremony to start promptly at 4:00

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available at our venue but it is limited so carpooling and the shuttle service is recommended. Please RSVP to the shuttle service and plan to arrive early for parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, dress to impress! Suits (not tuxedos), cocktail dresses, or ankle length dresses recommended. There is grass and gravel at our venue, so we don't recommend stiletto heels. We don't have preferences on colors, you choose! Additionally, it may get cold once the sun goes down. Please bring jackets. We will have heat lamps for the reception space.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors. Please bring warm clothing for once the sun goes down. There will be heat lamps in the reception area.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Whatever is comfy or makes you feel best dressed. No stilettos because of grass and gravel.

Is there cell phone reception at the venue?

Answer

The venue has limited cell phone service so we recommend coordinating meet ups or rides in advance. Our venue is surrounded by trees and up a hill so it can be spotty. Perfect excuse to unplug and be present!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We want everyone to be present during the ceremony, so no phones out please. We hired someone to do this so you don't have to. Thanks for understanding!

Can I take photos during the reception?

Snap away! Just don't get in our photographer's way ;)

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We'd prefer not.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Sure, we'll try to accommodate.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the reception. Beer and wine will be served. However we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

ADA Information

Answer

The venue has ADA-compliant bathrooms. The shuttle will not be able to drop people off directly at the pathway to the ceremony site. We will have family or friends who can drive those who need assistance from the shuttle drop off to the ADA parking spots down the path from the ceremony. For those who may need it, there is lake-side designated ADA parking.

We plan to honeymoon in the Mediterranean in the spring of 2026, spending our time on the beaches of the Greek Islands, Italy, and southern France. We would love to have the support of our loved ones, but it is NOT necessary. Having you at our wedding in the Columbia Gorge is a gift in itself!
