We wish we could invite everyone, but we’re keeping things intimate. Your invitation will list exactly who’s invited—can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will be available from our hotel blocks at the Hilton and the Hyatt. Hilton: Bus departs at 4:00 p.m. Hyatt: Bus departs at 4:15 p.m. If you're staying at the Best Western, simply cross the street to the Hyatt to catch the shuttle.

Yes! The venue offers complimentary on-site parking for all guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 4:30 p.m. so you’ll have plenty of time to grab a seat and get comfortable before the ceremony starts at 5.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture all the special memories, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

Is there an after party?

Absolutely! If you're not quite ready to call it a night, join us at The Jetty to keep the celebration going. Conveniently located between our three hotels. Shuttle buses will take you there—simply hop off at the Hilton for the shortest walk. Please note there is a $10 cash cover charge, and a valid physical ID is required for entry.
