Are Kids Welcome?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children with our venue. We hope you can enjoy a night off!

Is the Event Inside or Outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. In the event of bad weather, all events will be held indoors.

Attire

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is black-tie optional! Floor length gowns, dressy pantsuits, tuxedos, or dark suits are all acceptable options. Any color is encouraged (besides white of course). Average weather temperatures in Maryland in October is mid 60's.

Ceremony Start Time?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm, so we ask that everyone arrive no later than 4:45pm.

Arriving at the Venue

Answer

There will be clear signage on the front of the building and coordinators to assist in getting to the ceremony location. There will be a shuttle service available to and from Hotel Indigo available. If you choose to drive, there is ample street parking around the venue.

Shuttle Information

Answer

We are providing a shuttle service from Hotel Indigo to Guilford Hall. Service will start at 4:00pm with a final drop of at 4:45pm for the ceremony. Service will then resume at 11pm and end at 11:45pm.

Where to Stay?

We have arranged for a block of rooms at Hotel Indigo. Please book your room by September 18th, 2024 to receive the special rate. Visit the "Travel" section of our website for more information and alternative options.
