How is the weather affecting the ceremony?

Answer

We have now made the decision to push the time for all events on Thursday, 9/13 up by two hours so that our guests can safely navigate the roads - the wedding will now start at 4:30pm

What should we wear?

Answer

The wedding & reception is dressy casual - we recommend wearing something light and comfortable for late summer. *Because the hurricane is pushing bad weather our way, there is a high probability that there will be rain and wind - please bring a jacket/umbrella to stay dry!

Where should we stay?

Answer

Please check the travel page for our suggestions for overnight stays - we have two hotels with blocks of rooms booked at a discounted rate in Charlottesville, Virginia which are the best options. Anyone staying in Richmond before or after should look in Mechanicsville, Virginia to be close to the family but anywhere in downtown or Short Pump area works well, too - we recommend staying away from the Southside areas as this is a longer drive.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We are excited to share our favorite spot with you - all Bold Rock cider products will be available in an open bar so no cash needed :) We will not have any additional beer/wine or hard liquor options.

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather cooperating, we are planning an outdoor ceremony and indoor/outdoor reception. Be ready to have fun!

How can we RSVP and when do we need to do that by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website here by using your name - make sure to RSVP for everyone in your party. We need them by August 14th.
