My friendship with Lisey spans sixteen years and counting! We met while in high school in Tampa and immediately bonded over a shared love of female-led rock bands, painting every article of clothing we owned, and exploring YBOR City in questionable wardrobe choices. Our friendship only grew stronger as years passed and miles separated us. Long phone calls and regular visits ensued, and when Lisey married her love Drew in 2016 I proudly served as her Maid of Honor, and now act as an honorary auntie to their beautiful daughter Melody. My bosom friend, my kindred spirit, as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I'm thrilled she'll stand with me on my day, as she has stood by me in so many moments of my life. My brotherhood with Justin started way back when I moved to a boring new town in the summer before the 7th grade. He lived around the corner, and before long we realized we liked a lot of the same music, and that we laughed at a lot of the same things. We don't live around the corner anymore, haven't for a long time, we don't even live in the same state, but I know JG is always here for me.
