How do I get to the venue?

1. Navigate to Buffalo Outdoor Center located at 4699 AR-43, Ponca, AR 72670 2. Travel north on AR-43 for 3.5 miles 3. Turn left on Fire Tower Road 4. Travel west for 1.4 miles 5. Arrive at RiverWind Lodge on your left

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held inside the RiverWind Lodge.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We want you be comfortable and ready to have a good time! (Don't be afraid to be colorful!)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before to the ceremony to allow time to park and find your seat.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, this is an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

The venue is situated in an area with limited cell service. However, complimentary Wi-Fi is available onsite for your convenience.
