Thank you for making the big trip to join us in Austin to celebrate our wedding, we are so thrilled! We are throwing a ‘Welcome Party’ or 'Sangeet' to kick off the wedding weekend so y’all can meet each other and mingle. There will be dinner, drinks, good Bollywood music, dancing, and some Indian traditions to honor the bride’s heritage. This event is a fusion welcome party with the option to wear Indian attire and/or cocktail hour attire. Please note: there is no requirement to wear Indian attire please wear what you are comfortable in but would love to give you the opportunity to dress in Indian Attire. Day of Wedding

6:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and long dresses are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please note bridal party will be wearing shades of bright orange/tangerine orange and grooms party will be wearing tan. Please reserve white/cream and orange color for the bridal party. No denim please.

To ensure a stress-free and safe journey to and from the wedding venue, we have arranged three buses departing from the Archer Hotel. Driving is also an option, with ample parking available at the venue. Please account for approximately 45 minutes of travel time from Austin, considering potential traffic and delays. Key Information: Pickup Location: Main Lobby, Archer Hotel Departure Time: Please arrive by 4:30 PM for timely departure For Guests at Other Accommodations: If you are staying elsewhere but wish to use the bus service, kindly be at the Archer Hotel's main lobby by 4:30 PM. Return Transportation: Standard Return: Buses will depart the venue at 11:00 PM, returning to the Archer Hotel. Early Return: An additional bus will leave at 9:30 PM for those who prefer to return earlier. After Party: Post-drop-off, join the bride and groom for an after-party at a nearby bar in the Domain area. More details to follow. We look forward to celebrating with you!
