Things To Do

Lake Morton

Lakeland, FL 33801

You can sit and feed the Swans here, which are considered Lakelands Mascot, of sorts. Queen Elizabeth II gifted Lakeland with a pair of White Mute Swans in 1957. The Swans that habitate the lake today are their descendants and are well protected and cared for. Many people walk the lake and take in the nature surrounding it.

The Ashley Gibson Barnett Museum of Art (The AGB) at Florida Southern College

800 East Palmetto Street, Lakeland, FL 33801

This is a free art museum. It is in a great spot right in front of our local library, with a few choice eateries in the area.

Bonnet Springs Park

400 Bonnet Springs Boulevard, Lakeland, FL 33815

Beautiful scenery, wildlife, exercise areas, rooftop bar, café, and more!

Molly McHugh's Irish Pub

111 South Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801

Robert and his friends used to be a bartender at this local Pub. Great environment with amazing food surrounding it (Pub allows outside food) and access to our Downtown area.

Family Fun Center

4825 Florida Avenue South, Lakeland, FL 33813

If you're in town with your whole family, this is a great spot. Arcade games, mini golf, laser tag, obstacle course room, table hockey, food and prizes. They have everything for a good time with family.

Polk Theatre

121 Florida Avenue South, Lakeland, FL 33801

We have dates here every now and then. We love watching older movies here and enjoy the snacks.
