Each guest/couple/family/group can pick the days that work best for them to arrive and depart. The bride and groom will be arriving May 14th and departing on May 21st. Wedding will take place the 17th.
No, flights are not included so we kindly ask that you book your own travel arrangements. However, roundtrip transportation from the airport to the resort will be provided for your convenience upon arrival/departure. Thank you for your understanding.
There are 3 different suite levels: Suites, Finest Club suites, and Excellence Club suites. Rooms with the word “club” are suites with elevated exclusive amenities that include: -1 complimentary aqua hydrotherapy circuit treatment at the Spa -access to 2 additional club restaurants -access to the club pools and club beach areas -upgraded premium liquor in your suite -upgraded Bvlgari toiletries -plus other perks listed on their website Finest Club suites are family friendly. Excellence Club suites are adult only, 18+ only, no exception.
ASAP! There is no room block in place and rooms are expected to sell out as it gets closer to the wedding day. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on site. Your room reservation is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your arrival, and it only takes $1 to reserve and secure your room.
Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) The airport is about 45 minutes away from the resort. A valid passport is required.
Once you book your hotel reservation you will receive a reservation confirmation email which has the email address to get in contact with the transfer company towards the bottom. You should email the transfer company about two weeks in advance to confirm arrival times for pick up. This is included with your hotel reservation and is not an additional cost. See Travel section for details.
Due to venue capacity limitations, we kindly ask that you only bring a guest if they are listed on your invitation as a "plus one"
Due to multiple reasons, our wedding is an adults-only celebration. We kindly request no children in attendance unless listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
Based on information from the resort, each room may have up to 3 adults - which is considered anyone over the age of 12 years old.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the provided time, March 1st 2025, it will be marked as a "no". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors on the beautiful beach front terrace (not on the sand), and the reception will take place indoors in the ballroom.
The dress code for this event is beach formal (if you’re confused, google it). This means for women a long dress, suit, or jumpsuit, opt for lighter colors and breathable fabrics. Wear chunky heels or wedge sandals for safety and comfort, no flip flops. Men should wear a suit or a dress shirt and slacks no jeans. A chacabana/ guayabera is also appropriate, no hawaiian shirts. Consider breathable fabrics like linen, khaki, or seersucker. Dress shoes are required, no shorts or sandals. And needless to say — don’t wear white!
Yes - in order to attend the wedding ceremony and reception, you must be a guest at the resort.
Beach attire and casual attire is appropriate for the day, lunch, and early evening. Restaurants at Dinner or more formal occasions: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn.
