Our dress code is black-tie preferred. This means that guests should wear the nicest clothes that they have access to. A suit or a cocktail dress is perfectly acceptable. We kindly ask that our guests DO NOT wear jeans, polos, hats, or sneakers. Thank you for understanding!
Yes- there will be transportation FROM the venue to HOLIDAY INN at the end of the night. There are 3 shuttles: 9:30pm 10pm 10:30pm PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
We regret to inform our guests that we will no longer be providing transportation between the venue and the hotel due to a last minute cancellation by the bus company. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony if you are not taking the shuttle from the holiday inn to rosewood farms. Our ceremony begins at 2:00pm sharp. This will give you enough time to have a light refreshment and to find a seat in the ceremony barn. No one will be allowed to enter the ceremony barn after 2:00pm. Please plan accordingly.
Although we both love your kids, in order to give our guests (and parents) a night of relaxation, we respectfully request no children at our wedding unless your invitation specifically says so. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Unfortunately due to venue limitations and us having a lot of family, we aren’t able to allow every guest a plus one. Please refer to your invitation or the RSVP tab here on our wedding website for the exact number of seats we were able to reserve for you.
Yes! Rosewood Farms offers on site parking!

You can RSVP by using the “RSVP” tab on this website or use the QR code that was sent with your invite. Please RSVP for your family and choose the main entree you’d wish to have for our reception dinner.
This will be an UNPLUGGED ceremony. Please, NO phones or cameras while the wedding party walks down the aisle or during the ceremony. We ask that you be respectful of our special day and trust in our photographer to capture these moments- we don't want to see only phones and would much rather see your faces! We promise to share the pictures with you as well!
The main thing we want from you is your attendance in this memory. If you still want to purchase a gift for us, please look under the Registry tab to see the list we have created. We are already so blessed to have a home with everything in it that we don’t need any household items, instead we would rather have a honeymoon of a lifetime. On our registry, we have provided excursions and a few items needed for our trip if you’d wish to contribute!
