Yes, it's very important that we have an accurate guest count for the wedding. If guests do not RSVP, the caterer will not be able to accommodate seating, utensils, or meals for them. Our caterer requires a final headcount a month prior, please respond no later than May 17, 2023. The RSVP link will be deactivated after this due date. If you have any unexpected changes to your attendance please email fabercouple2023@gmail.com.
When you RSVP please specify any dietary restrictions. The dinner will be served family style, which allows guest to enjoy both entree options! Vegetarian options will be a separate plated service and it is important to notify us when you RSVP to allow the caterer to plan special accommodations.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, the cocktail hour will be held on a patio with access to the old farmhouse, and the reception will be held inside a tent. Please take into consideration when dressing for the occasion that the weather might be warm (60-90F) and humid (60-80%). Please note there will be areas with uneven footing.
Our wedding is cocktail attire or semi-formal attire. Meaning men should wear a suit and tie or sports coat while women can wear cocktail dresses. We advise women to wear block or wedged heels as there will be varying terrain including grass, wood planks, stone, and brick footing. We ask that you be dressed accordingly, as our pictures will be viewed by the bride, groom, and our families for years to come.
The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM sharp. We kindly ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat. If you do not arrive on time, we kindly ask that you do not disrupt the ceremony.
Unfortunately, this is an adult only event. We are unable to accommodate children unless they are in the wedding party.
The venue has ample parking and allows guests to keep their car at the venue overnight if it is unsafe for them to drive. We just ask that you make sure to pick up your car early the next morning. If you plan to drink, see the travel tab for additional details on the shuttle service offered to and from the hotel.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures! We just have two requests, the first is that you tag us and use our hashtag #iloveyoumoore so we can see all of the pictures! Please also share any photos or videos with us by emailing fabercouple2023@gmail.com. The second request is to please avoid photo bombing our professional photographer’s photos. If you know you cannot resist the urge to snap some photos or a video during the ceremony we request that you do not sit in the first 5 seats closest to the aisle, and do not sit in the first three rows (the ushers and the officiant will remind you of these requests).
We will send out a mass email to notify guests of any changes due to mother nature. Please ensure that you check the email you provided when we collected guest addresses for any changes to the ceremony location and/or wedding timeline. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to email fabercouple2023@gmail.com and please say a prayer that we have beautiful weather for our outdoor wedding!
