Kick off the weekend overlooking the mountains on the Sky Deck at Pindustry. Buffet dinner, open bar and no speeches, just mingling & enjoying having all of our people in town. The venue has a full arcade, bowling and duck pin bowling downstairs if that's more your speed. Live music kicks up at 7pm (80s or 90s cover band!) for anyone who wants to stay a little later. Bus schedule for guests staying in hotel blocks: - If you are staying in the Hilton: bus pickup at 4:45 PM. - If you are staying in the Jacquard: bus pickup at 4:30 PM. - Return buses leave Pindustry at 7:45 PM and 9:45 PM and drop off at both hotels.

Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Black Tie Preferred

Enter the gardens at the private entrance on York Street, grab a glass of champagne and take your seat for the ceremony. Afterward we’ll have passed appetizers to grab a bite & explore before dinner. The reception will take place inside at Mitchell Hall with a buffet dinner and live band for lots of dancing. Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. Parking at the Botanic Gardens is limited but if you choose to drive, the Gardens parking lots are near the entrance on York street. Bus schedule for guests staying in hotel blocks: - If you are staying in the Hilton, bus pickup is at 4:15 PM. - If you are staying in the Jacquard, bus pickup is at 4:30 PM. - Return buses leave the venue at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:15 PM and drop off at both hotels.
