Smart/Dressy Casual

Kick off the weekend overlooking the mountains on the Sky Deck at Pindustry. Buffet dinner, open bar and no speeches, just mingling & enjoying having all of our people in town. The venue has a full arcade, bowling and duck pin bowling downstairs if that's more your speed. Live music kicks up at 7pm (80s or 90s cover band!) for anyone who wants to stay a little later. Guests staying in our hotel blocks will be provided transportation.

Ceremony & Cocktail Hour at the Gardens

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Black Tie Preferred

We have a private entrance to the Gardens where the buses will drop off so come grab a glass of champagne and take your seat for the ceremony. Afterward we’ll have passed appetizers to grab a bite & explore before dinner. Parking at the Botanic Gardens is limited but if you choose to drive, the Gardens parking lots are near the entrance on York street.

Unofficial Sunday Funday

10:30 am - 2:00 pm

Non-sanctioned & weather dependent. We'll be hanging out by the pool on the roof of the Jacquard on Sunday for anyone who wants to join or say bye before heading out!
