When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Deadline to RSVP is August 20, 2025. Our final headcount is due to the venue and we unfortunately cannot make additions after that date. If you RSVP "yes" and find out that you no longer can attend, please let us know ASAP.
Question
Will I be getting a paper invite in the mail?
Answer
If you've made it this far, the likely answer is no! The e-vite you received serves as your official invite. You can RSVP here and find all the important details. However, we understand that not everyone prefers electronic invitations. If you'd prefer a paper invite or have any issues with RSVPing online, please let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate you.

Can I bring a guest?

We are so fortunate to have large families and friend groups that mean the world to us. Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we've carefully planned our guest list. Your invitation specifies your party size and we kindly ask that you respect this when RSVPing.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we love kids, our venue has limited capacity. For this reason, please only bring children if they are listed on your invitation. An additional note for those invited, the venue is located near a river and a large pond and we want to ensure everyone's safety. Children cannot be left unattended. You may want to consider arranging for childcare so you can enjoy the celebration without worry.

Where do I park?

-If you are staying at the Staybridge Suites, the venue is only 0.2 miles away, which is about a 4 minute walk. The hotel has ample parking for guests. -If you prefer to park closer to the venue, a parking lot is located right behind it. Overflow parking is within 500 feet. See map on the schedule page for details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony site is about 500 feet from the event center. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to provide enough time to get parked and seated.

Eau Claire checks all the boxes for us! We wanted a beautiful venue with lodging nearby, and this location fit the bill perfectly. Beyond that, Eau Claire holds a special place in both of our lives—Ashley lived there for five years while attending college, and Mitch called it home for nearly 12 years. With its meaningful connection to our story and a venue that matched our vision and budget, it felt like the perfect place to celebrate with all of you!
