Our attire for our wedding is black tie-optional/formal. Please join us by getting dressed up for the night! For the men, this can be a tux or suit and tie. For the ladies, a midi or floor length gown is suggested.
We ask that all guests arrive promptly at 3:30. For our ceremony, we would love to take advantage of all the sunlight we can get!
Although we absolutely love all of your kids, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We hope you all understand and can join us for our special day!
Our ceremony will be taking place outside on the beautiful grounds. We would advise to wear a coat to keep you warm for our ceremony. After our ceremony, the rest of the night will be indoors! There will be a coat check available to hold your coats for the reminder of the night.
For our guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn through our hotel block, we will have transportation provided to and from our venue. If you will be driving, there will be a valet to park your cars.
If you're not ready for the night to end, please join us for an after party at The Bench Bar & Grill- 1095 NY-25A, Stony Brook, NY. Shuttles will be provided from Flowerfield to The Bench. If you are staying at The Hilton Garden Inn, shuttles will also be provided from 11pm-1am back to the hotel.
